"I had a problem with a sale…"
I had a problem with a sale on Curtsy, so I reached out to support. To be fair, they did respond and they were nice about it, but the whole thing took longer than I thought it would. I felt like I was just forced to sit there and be patient with no real choice, which was frustrating. They did fix the issue in the end, so I’m glad about that, but I really wish the replies were quicker or that they gave better updates while I was waiting...
"Pretty easy to use overall"
I’ve found the app simple to figure out, honestly. Listing stuff doesn’t take long, which I really like, and I didn’t have to spend a bunch of time learning where everything is. Some pages do load a little slow here and there, which can be annoying, but overall it’s been easy for me to use.
"This app is a mess"
I’m so tired of dealing with this app. It’s ridiculously buggy and barely works most days. Whoever is responsible for maintaining it clearly isn’t doing their job, because it feels like every time I try to use it, something breaks or freezes.

"Cute finds, but shipping adds up"
I’ve found some cute stuff on Curtsy, so overall I’d say it’s a decent app. The main thing is the shipping can make cheaper items feel not totally worth it, like a low-priced top ends up costing more than you’d expect after everything gets added on. I still use it here and there, and it’s probably worth checking out, but I do wish the shipping was a bit lower
"Seller fees are kind of ridiculous"
I listed a few things to sell, the fees were way higher than I thought they’d be. By the time they took their cut, it barely felt worth the hassle of packing everything up and shipping it out. I guess it’s fine if you’re just buying, but for sellers, they make it hard to feel like you’re actually making anything. I probably wouldn’t bother using it again.

"Mixed Value and Too Many Transfers"
The value feels kind of mixed to me. Some parts were decent, but I didn’t really feel like I got a great deal overall. What made it more frustrating was getting transferred around when I had questions. I kept having to repeat myself, which made the whole experience feel more annoying than it needed to be

"Pretty smooth, but not super quick"
The negotiating process was easy overall, which I appreciated. That said, it did take a bit more patience than I expected, so it wasn’t exactly a fast back-and-forth. Still, it worked out fine in the end.

"Definitely Not Like New"
It was listed as like new, but when it showed up it looked worn, with enough signs of use that I was kind of surprised and disappointed because I was expecting something in much better condition.

I got it and my first reaction was, okay yep, this looks just like the pictures. The description was mostly accurate too, maybe not 100% perfect, but close enough that I wasn’t surprised by anything.

"Easy sale, annoying payout process"
Selling was straightforward, but the payment part wore me out. It took longer than I expected to get my money, and the updates weren’t very clear, so I kept having to go back into the app just to figure out what was happening. I’m kind of tired of chasing basic info like that from services. The payment did finally come through, but the whole process wasn’t as smooth as it should’ve been

I’ve sold a few dresses on Curtsy now, and honestly... it’s been really simple!! The shipping label was ready super fast, and my payout came through after delivery without any drama. So far, no issues at all!!!

I found what I was looking for quickly, so I can’t say I didn’t have an easy time overall. The filters weren’t always not confusing though, sometimes they acted a little weird—but it still got the job done.

"Curtsy has been super easy to use"
I’ve had a great experience with Curtsy so far. Messaging sellers is quick and really straightforward, and the buyers I’ve sold to have been nice and clear too, which makes the whole buying and selling process feel way less stressful. I had a shipping question and got an answer fast, which was a lifesaver in the moment. So far, I’ve got zero complaints.

"Selling Was Actually Not a Headache"
Selling on Curtsy was way easier than I expected, which is rare because selling stuff online can be such a whole thing for no reason. Once my item sold, the shipping label was already ready to go, so I didn’t have to sit there guessing postage or figuring out some confusing shipping setup. I just printed the label, taped it on the package, dropped it off, and that was it. Tracking updated fine too. Like, why can’t every selling app make it this simple?

"Dress was fine, shipping took its sweet time"
I bought a dress and, to be fair, it did show up as described, so that was nice. Shipping was kind of slow, because apparently patience is part of the purchase, but the app itself was easy enough to use. Overall, not bad.
